The problems during ePresenter installation
 Question
May ePresenter be located at the distance more than 3 m from the projection surface?
 Answer
If the level of lighting is normal do not place ePresenter at a distance more than 3 m from projection surface,
as well as the power of the optical stylus will not be enough and ePresenter will work unstable.
Question
Sometimes the system stops responding to an actions of optical stylus. But it responds to mouse moving or touching keyboard.
What should I do?
Answer
There are some possible reasons: an electrical contact inside an optical stylus is missing or battery is uncharged.
In the first case it is necessary to restore contact turning LED head of electronic stylus.
In the second case it is necessary to change the battery.
Question
It's impossible to calibrate ePresenter properly. Not all of the calibration points are responding to pressing the stylus.
What should I do?
Answer
There are two possible reasons: a distance to board is too short or ePresenter's lens is not set on the central
point of the board.
It's necessary to locate ePresenter on the distance more than 1,5 board's diagonals. Than to put ePresenter's lens
on the central point of the board. The detail of settings are described in the operation manual.
Question
During the process the system turns off and requires a reboot. How should I fix this?
Answer
There are three possible reasons:
1. If ePresenter is power by batteries the are uncharged. Change them.
2. If ePresenter is power by AC the power is corrupted. Restore it.
3. The the synchronization system responds on parasitic light and breaks setting.
Re-program the synchronization system and re-synchronize the device.
The problems during using ePresenter
Question
A cursor doesn't move on work surface. What should I do?
Answer
1. Turn off (or restrict) the possible sources of infrared emission (the direct rays of bright sunshine, incandescent lamps with
tungsten-cutting, high-pressure mercury lamps, bright flashes of light, etc.).
2. Re-connect the equipment.
3. To calibrate the work surface.
Question
While drawing or making marks the line is broken. How should I fix this?
Answer
You should turn on smoothing mode for cursor in ePresenter program.
Question
The cursor location on the screen doesn't correspond to stylus touching point. How should I fix this?
Answer
The possible reason is violation of the calibration. It's necessary to re-calibrate ePresenter.
Question
An optical stylus glides over the marker-projection board surface poorly. How should I fix this?
Answer
The possible reason is pollution or dust on the surface of the board. It is necessary to treat it aerosol furniture polish
containing wax, for example, Pronto.
Question
On the interactive board are founded "dead zones" not responding to the stylus actions. How should I fix this?
Answer
The possible that presenter obscure the head of the optical stylus of the ePresenter's lens. While working with
board requires the optical head of the stylus was visible to the ePresenter's lens.

Will other Bluetooth devices in the same room obstruct ePresenter's activity?
